https://betswap.gg enables players to match bets/wagers on sporting events found on the Website. All such bets are subject to the rules applicable to each sport, e.g. Basketball, Tennis, E-Sports, etc, as well as the Market Rules pertaining to each specific market.
You cannot make wagers exceeding your balance.
Once a bet has been placed and matched, a user cannot change or cancel a bet. It is therefore in the user’s interest to ensure that all details of their bet are correct before placing a bet.
After the event start, https://betswap.gg reserves, at its own discretion, the right to void or cancel part or whole of a bet, even after its acceptance if there is a valid reason for this, such as:
https://betswap.gg reserves the right to cancel all bets if there are radical changes in the circumstances of an event such as the length of playing time, the distance in a race speed or the number of periods, etc.
Winnings can be withdrawn by the user following confirmation of the final result.
The bets placed on each market are settled once their outcome is determined. In cases where a market’s result is not determined earlier in the event, the market will be settled when the event concludes.
If the beginning of the game is delayed for whatever reason, the event can be kept open and all bets can remain open so long as the event starts within 48 hours of the official start time. Nevertheless, https://betswap.gg reserves the right to void such bets at its discretion and refund the Users’ stakes back. In the case of an event abandoned part way through, all bets can remain open and be calculated according to the game results by the decision of https://betswap.gg, provided the organizer resumes the abandoned event within 48 hours after starting time.
In case the abandoned event does not resume within 48 hours after its starting, https://betswap.gg will settle all determined markets that were completed on the pitch and cancel any bets on undetermined markets and refund the stakes to players.
The 48 hours rule is supported for baseball games. When two teams are playing 2 games in a row they are considered as Game 1 and Game 2 and will be settled as chronologically played with all bets valid. For the avoidance of doubt, if Team A plays Team B twice, the result of Game 1 will count for bets offered on Game 1 as originally scheduled and the result of Game 2 will count for bets offered on Game 2, as originally scheduled.
Bets on events in which the bettor is participating (“participating” in this sense relates to those persons involved as a sportsperson, athlete, as an owner, trainer or functionary of a participating club) or those which are commissioned by any person participating, are not permitted. In addition, bets on league, cup or other events in which the respective club/ organization is participating may not be placed or commissioned by those persons considered to be participating in the respective event.
In the case of violation of these regulations, https://betswap.gg reserves the right to refuse payment of any winnings and already invested stakes as well as to cancel any bets. https://betswap.gg takes no responsibility for knowing if the user is a member of one of the mentioned groups. Betswap is entitled to undertake any necessary measures at any time after the user has become known as being a member of one of the mentioned groups.
Live scoreboard details added on https://betswap.gg are for information purposes and are not a basis for settlement. Users are responsible for ensuring scoreboard details are correct before placing their bets.
If any single event (match, game, race etc.) is not completed within 72 hours of the original, scheduled completion date then all bets on the event will be void, except those on markets which have been unconditionally determined.
If any tournament or competition is not completed within seven days of the original, scheduled completion date then all relevant markets will be settled based on the official result of the relevant governing body, provided the result is announced within 30 days of the original scheduled completion date.
Where a number of days are specified in relation to the completion of an event, the specific cut-off time would be 23:59:59 in the time zone where the event was scheduled to take place
If two or more selections finish in a dead heat in a market, the return for a winning back bet would be reduced. The reduction is calculated by multiplying the original Stake by the number of expected winners and dividing it by the number of dead-heated selections. The total return is then calculated based on the reduced Stake (i.e. the reduced Stake at the original odds) with the net winnings being this amount less the original Stake.
Example 1: In a market where three selections dead heat for 1st place, a back bet on one of the winners on $60 at 6.0 or 5/1 is settled as follows: The Stake of $60 is multiplied by the number of expected winners (1) and divided by the number of dead heated selections (3) to calculate the reduced Stake ($60 x 1/3 = $20). The return is then the reduced Stake at the original odds ($20 x 6 = $120). The net winnings are $60 or the return ($120) less the original stake ($60).
Example 2: Take a market with three expected winning selections (e.g. Horse racing place market), where one selection is an outright winner and four selections dead-heat for second place. Once the outright winner has been settled, there are two remaining 'places' in the market. A bet of $60 at 6.0 or 5/1 on one of the four dead-heated selections is settled as follows, the Stake of $60 is multiplied by the expected number of winners (2) and divided by the number of dead heated selections (4) to calculate the reduced Stake ($60 x 2/4 = $30). The return is then the reduced Stake at the original odds ($30 x 6 = $180). The net winnings are $120, or the return ($180) less the original Stake ($60)
We reserve the right to suspend an In-Play market at any time or decide against turning a market In-Play if there are problems with the feeds used to manage an event, or other technical difficulties. In these circumstances we accept no liability for Customers' inability to make offers.
Customers should be aware that broadcasts described as "live" may actually be subject to delays and that the extent of the delays may vary depending on the broadcaster.
There is a built-in delay when placing bets in an In-Play market. The length of the delay will depend on the sport and on broadcasts available for the event.
If a market is due to close at the start of an event, but fails to close for any reason, we reserve the right to void all bets placed after the start of the event. In the absence of an official 'off' time for the event, or a source for the 'actual' start time, the scheduled start time will be used.
If a market is due to go In-Play at the start of an event, but is not turned In-Play and unmatched bets are not canceled, we reserve the right to void all bets matched after the start of the event. We endeavour to turn markets In-Play at the start of the game, match or event (as applicable) but cannot guarantee that markets will be suspended or turned In-Play at the time stated within the Market Rules. If a market set to be turned In-Play does not do so at the stated time but is later turned In-Play within the duration of the game, match or event (as applicable) all bets matched prior to a "significant event" (for example, a goal scored in football, a try scored in rugby, a touchdown scored in American football, as determined by Betswap in its sole discretion) will stand. If a "significant event" has occurred without the game being turned In-Play, bets matched between the "significant event" in question and the market turned In-Play will be void. If a market set to be turned In-Play at the event start time fails to do so or is not suspended at any stage for the duration of the game, match or event (as applicable) all bets matched after the official event start time will be void.
If the situation outlined in the paragraphs above occurs:
All markets will be settled in accordance with the Betswap Rules and the Market Rules. In the case of any ambiguity between the Betswap Rules and the Market Rules, the Market Rules shall prevail and will be considered final for the purposes of settlement. We reserve the right to reverse the settlement of a market if there has been an error in the original settlement, and to make the necessary amendments to Customer's Accounts to reflect any changes in the settlement of the market.
In the event of any doubt surrounding the result of a market or event, we reserve the right to withhold settlement of the market until such time as said doubt has been removed. In the event that the result cannot be verified, we reserve the right to void the market.
Markets will generally be settled as soon as the result can be confirmed. As a courtesy to Customers, we may decide to settle or part settle some markets or selections before an official result has been announced; however, we reserve the right to amend this settlement if the official result is different to that used for the original settlement, or if the whole market is eventually to be voided.
Unless otherwise stated, all markets will be settled based on the official result, regardless of subsequent amendments to the result.
While every effort is made to ensure complete accuracy, we cannot accept liability for any errors or omissions relating to information displayed on the site. We reserve the right to make changes to correct any obvious errors.
It is the responsibility of each Customer to ensure they are aware of the rules governing individual markets. We cannot accept any responsibility for any errors in respect of the posting of offers by Customers.
Allowing for minor spelling mistakes, if an incorrect selection (team, player or otherwise) is displayed in a market, or the incorrect number of selections or outcomes are available in a market, or a market includes any obvious error, we reserve the right to void bets in the market or the market as a whole.
In order to protect the integrity of markets on the site and to protect Customers of the site, we reserve the right to cancel unmatched bets at any time, to suspend betting on any market at any stage, and ultimately, if deemed necessary, to void certain bets or a market as a whole.
We reserve the right to suspend any market, at any time, at our discretion, in order to amongst other reasons, protect Customers for any reason and to carry out market administration.
All information supplied is done so in good faith. We cannot accept any liability for any errors or omissions in respect of any information such as but not limited to the posting of prices, runners, times, place terms, scores, results, venues.
The General rules in this Section shall apply in situations where the specific rules for a sport (as outlined in the specific Sports Rules section below) or the Market Rules found within each market do not deal specifically with a particular scenario.
We reserve the right to amend any of the rules at any time. Any amendment to a rule is effective immediately once displayed on the Betswap Website.
Clients are responsible for managing all their open offers. Betswap does not undertake to manage clients' open positions.
Clients may cancel open offers at any time. Clients are reminded that not all of their original offer may remain available for cancellation; some or all may have already been taken by another client. When submitting an offer on an In-Play market, this offer may be subject to a time delay, before entering the market - clients cannot cancel offers during the period of a time delay on an In-Play market until the time delay has expired and the offer has entered the market.
Clients are reminded that starting times posted on the site are estimates, as provided to us through publicly available sources. Events often start several minutes later than the official time; and where possible (due to TV coverage, for example), we will attempt to keep markets open until the event's actual starting time. Betswap reserves the right to void any trades where fraudulent, market-manipulative or other prohibited activity is involved.
Betswap reserves the right to void trades in the unlikely event of a system failure on Betswap's side that prevents clients from managing their open offers.
Betswap further reserves the right to suspend trading on any market and to cancel any existing offers, if necessary.
While we aim for accuracy of market information, Betswap does not accept any liability for errors displayed on https://betswap.gg, Betswap also reserves the right to correct any such errors without notice if they arise.
Betswap is not responsible for any errors made by Customers when posting offers. Each Customer is responsible for their own awareness of the Betswap terms, conditions and rules that apply to the markets they trade upon.
Minor errors in spelling excluded, Betswap reserves the right to void all bets on a market where an incorrect selection is listed, the quantity of selections/outcomes is incorrect or an obvious error in the market or event is evident.
To further protect clients against "trap offers," malicious users, technical faults, and so forth, Betswap reserves the right under extraordinary circumstances to void trades that are the result of an obvious and extreme input error. An example would be if a client is matched on a heavy underdog at 1.04 instead of 26.0. Note that this rule protects against technical errors, not pricing errors, so while a match at odds of 1.66 vs. a prevailing market value of 1.87 may be regrettable, it could not be classed as an obvious and extreme input error.
Betswap reserves the right to correct any obvious errors and shall take all reasonable steps to ensure markets are administered with integrity and transparency. Betswap reserves the right to cancel 'bad trades' in order to protect users against gross input errors if Betswap deems the error to be sufficiently damaging. All 'bad trade' claims need to be made by the customer in a timely fashion in order to be considered. Betswap’s ruling on ‘bad trade’ claims is final.
Betswap endeavors to protect its users and will not tolerate any form of malicious trading such as, but not limited to, Trap Offering, Funds Passing, Court-Siding and Sharpening. Malicious trading will result in account closure and the confiscation of funds.
Any bets which are deemed suspicious, including bets which have been placed from the stadium or from a source at the stadium may be voided at any time. The decision of whether to void the particular bet in question or to void the entire market will remain at the discretion of Betswap. The final decision of whether bets are suspicious will be taken by Betswap Exchange and that decision will be full and final.
American Football
All bets will be settled on the official result including any overtime played unless otherwise stated in the Market Rules (e.g. the half time/full time market or where the market has been unconditionally determined.) In the event of a tie after overtime all bets placed on match winner/money line markets will be void. Subsequent amendments to the official result at the end of the game will have no bearing on market settlement.
If a match does not start on the scheduled start date or is not played to completion, at the same venue, within 72 hours of the original start time, then all bets will be void except for those on markets which have been unconditionally determined.
If a match has started and is later abandoned or postponed and not resumed within 72 hours then all bets, except for those unconditionally determined, will be void unless (i) 55 minutes have elapsed or (ii) an official result has been called in which case the match will be accordingly determined.
For "Handicap" and "Total" markets, if the final result falls on the number listed for the market, then the bet shall be deemed a 'push' and the client has the Stake returned.
For individual match-up and 'prop' markets, players must play for bets to stand. A player is deemed to have action if they are active in the matchday squad.
Badminton
Should a player retire or be disqualified during a game or set within a match, the player who progresses to the next round will be deemed as the Match Winner and Game Winner of the current Game being played. All other markets on the event will be void except for those unconditionally determined. For these, we will only settle markets that have been actually determined as opposed to those logically determined. For instance, if the match ends in a retirement with the score at 18-18 in the 1st Game, we will not settle the Over 36.5 Points in 1st Game market as only 36 points have been played.
Baseball
If a match does not start on the scheduled date then all bets on that game will be void except for those unconditionally determined. Markets are settled on the final score including any extra innings played, unless otherwise stated in the Market Rules.
All bets are action, at prices taken, regardless of who pitches for each team. Displayed pitchers are for information purposes only.
Money Line - There must be at least 5 full innings of play unless the team batting second is leading after 4½ innings, for bets to stand. If the game is called, or suspended, after this point of the game is reached, then the winner is determined by the score after the last full inning (unless the team batting second scores to tie, or takes the lead in the bottom half of the inning, in which case the winner is determined by the score at the time the game is called). Please note that suspended games do not carry over (with the exception of MLB play-off games - see specific rule). However, in the event of a Mercy Rule being called, all bets will stand on the score at the time.
Total and Run Line betting (for 7 innings games) - The game must go at least 7 full innings (or 6½ innings if the team batting second is ahead) for bets to have action. However, in the event of a Mercy Rule being called, all bets will stand on the score at the time. Please note that suspended games do not carry over.
Total and Run Line betting - The game must go at least 9 full innings (or 8½ innings if the team batting second is ahead) for bets to have action. However, in the event of a Mercy Rule being called, all bets will stand on the score at the time. Please note that suspended games do not carry over (with the exception of MLB play-off games - see specific rule).
For "Run Line" and "Totals" markets, 9 full innings (or 8.5 if the home team is ahead) are required to constitute a completed game. If a game is called or suspended in extra innings, the score will be determined after the last full inning unless the home team scores to tie, or takes the lead in the bottom half of the inning, in which case the score is determined at the time the game is called.
Basketball
Bets will be settled on the official score including any overtime played, unless otherwise stated in the market Info.
If a match is abandoned or postponed before 43 minutes have been played in an NBA match, or 35 minutes in any other match, and no official result has been declared then all bets will be void, except for those on markets which have been unconditionally determined. In these circumstances, if the scores are tied then Dead Heat Rules will apply to bets on the outright match winner market.
If a match does not start on the scheduled start date then all bets will be void.
Boxing
Bets on postponed fights will stand for 30 days, unless stated otherwise. If either fighter is replaced with another fighter all bets will be void and stakes returned.
Fights where betting is offered before the exact official fight date is known, will be listed on site under the 31st December, until an official date announcement is made.
Bets on these fights will stand, as long as the fight takes place in the current year, or within the following calendar year e.g. bets placed on a fight listed on site under 31st December 2020, stand as long as the fight takes place up to and including 31st December 2021; after which point bets will be void and stakes returned. Where a fight is canceled before an official date is announced bets will be void and stakes returned.
Once such a fight has an official fight date confirmed then bets placed on the fixture listed under the announced date will be subject to the 30 day rule as normal.
For betting purposes, the fight is deemed to have started when the bell is sounded for the beginning of the 1st round.
If either fighter fails to answer the bell for the next round then his opponent will be deemed to have won in the previous round.
In the event of a fight being declared a No Contest all bets will be void and stakes returned, with the exception of markets where the outcome has already been determined.
Bets will be settled on the result declared at the end of the fight by the official announcer. Subsequent appeals/amendments do not affect settlement (unless the amendment was made due to human error when announcing the result). If the official announcer does not declare a result at the end of a fight, markets will be settled on the result displayed on the applicable organisation's official site.
Cricket
Matches will be turned In-Play at the scheduled start time. Matches that are not going In-Play will be closed at the scheduled start time.
If a match is shortened due to the weather, markets, including those decided by the Duckworth Lewis method, will be settled based on the official result. If a match starts, but is not completed for any reason other than weather and no official result is declared then Betswap.gg reserves the right to void all bets on markets which have not been determined.
If a ball is not bowled during a competition, series or match then all bets will be void except for those on any market that has been unconditionally determined.
All bets on match betting markets will be void if the official result is a tied match in any Test, County or Limited Over match.
If a "Limited Over" match finishes in a tie then the Match Odds market will be void unless it is explicitly stated that the results are inclusive of Super Over. Additionally, the Super Over will not count towards the settlement of any other markets unless specified eg, Total Runs, Player Performance etc. Any other methods used to determine the winner of a tied limited overs match such as a bowl-off or coin toss will also not be counted towards settlement.
If a match is abandoned due to external factors, then bets will be void unless a winner is declared based on the official competition rules.
If a match is canceled then all bets will be void if it is not replayed or restarted within 48 hours of its advertised start time.
If a match starts but is later abandoned for any reason other than weather (examples of which would be dangerous or unplayable wicket or outfield; strike or boycott; crowd protests/violence; pitch vandalism; stadium damage; acts of terrorism; and acts of God), Betswap reserves the right to void all bets, except for those on markets which have been unconditionally determined.
If any player named in any "Top Team Batsman" market is not chosen in the starting XI, all bets in that market will be void. If any player chosen in the starting eleven does not bat, he will be deemed to have scored zero. If any player retires and does not resume his innings his score will stand.
If "No Result" is declared for a match then all bets will be void except for those on markets unconditionally determined as specified in the market Info. Where the Duckworth Lewis method is used, all matched bets on 'Highest 10 over Total' and 'Opening Partnership' will be void, unless the market has been unconditionally determined before the Duckworth Lewis rule was implemented. All other markets will be settled according to the result determined under the Duckworth Lewis method.
Darts
Should a player fail to compete in an individual match or an event, all bets involving that player will be void. In the event of a match starting but not being completed, the player progressing to the next round will be deemed the winner.
Bets on all other markets will be void except for those unconditionally determined or otherwise stated in the Market Rules
E-Sports
Unless stated otherwise, all bets will be settled based on the score at the end of the scheduled event time and excluding extra time if played. If the scheduled time is not played then bets will be void, with the exception of markets where the result has already been determined.
Should a player fail to compete in an individual match or an event, all bets involving that player will be void. In the event of a match starting but not being completed, the player progressing to the next round will be deemed the winner.
Ice Hockey
Unless otherwise specified, all bets will be settled on the official, final score at the end of regular time, including any overtime and shoot-outs that get played. Whereby the score is level after Overtime and a shoot-out is played, the team that wins the shoot-out will have one goal added to their total and this will count towards settlement unless the market is a “Regulation Time Only” market.
If a match starts but is later postponed or abandoned and less than 55 minutes are completed, and no official result is announced, then all bets will be void, except for those on markets which have been unconditionally determined. Matches that do not start on the scheduled date will be void.
Kabbadi
Unless stated otherwise, all bets will be settled based on the score at the end of the scheduled 40 minutes regulation time and excluding extra time if played. If the scheduled 40 minutes is not played then bets will be void, with the exception of markets where the result has already been determined.
Rugby League
All rugby match bets apply to regular time, including injury-time but not Extra-Time, unless otherwise stated in the market info.
If a match is abandoned or postponed, all bets, except for those unconditionally determined, are void unless the match is completed within 36 hours of the original scheduled start date, or an official result is declared. If there is a change of venue all bets will stand as long as the match is played within 36 hours of the original scheduled start time and the match is not played at the ground of the team originally listed as the away team.
'Tournament tries' and 'tournament point' bets will apply to all playing time, including any extra-time played in all matches where an official result is announced.
For 'time of first try' bets, if the try is scored in the second half, the first half is deemed to have lasted 40 minutes, regardless of stoppage-time. If no try is scored, or the try is scored in second half stoppage-time or extra-time, the result is 80.
For the purpose of markets involving tries, penalty tries will count with the exception of 'first individual try scorer' markets where penalty tries will not count.

Football (Soccer)
Unless otherwise stated, all bets apply to regular-time only. This includes injury-time but not any Extra-Time periods or penalty shoot-outs. All bets will be void on matches where there is a change of opponent. If there is a change of venue all bets will stand unless the match is played at the ground of the team originally listed as away.
If a match is postponed or delayed and does not (or will not) start by midnight on the scheduled date then all bets on the match will be void unless we are aware that the match has been rescheduled to be played within 36 hours of the original scheduled date.
If a match is abandoned or postponed after it has kicked-off then all bets on all markets associated with this match will be declared void unless the match is completed (according to the official source) within 36 hours of the original scheduled time, except for any instance where an unconditional definitive result for a market has unconditionally been determined prior to abandonment: for example first goal scorer, time of first goal or half time result. In the event of an abandoned match restarting from the beginning (within the 36 hours) bets matched prior to kick-off of the original match and bets on markets which have been unconditionally determined will stand. All other bets will be declared void.
If a team is thrown out or disqualified from a league before the season starts then all bets on affected markets will be void. If the league has unconditionally started, (i.e. the first league game has been played) all bets will stand and the team will be settled as a loser.
For First Goalscorer markets, bets will be voided on any player who takes no part in the match or comes on as a substitute after the 1st goal has been scored. Own goals do not count towards settlement. Subsequent appeals or rulings will not affect settlement of the market.
For Last Goalscorer and Anytime Goalscorer markets, all bets will stand if the player plays at any part in the match (90 Mins).
For markets that relate to the time of first or last goal, the first half is considered to last 45 minutes, regardless of additional time played. For these markets, a period will last from the first second to the time that falls one second before the end of the period so that, by way of example, the "0-10 minutes" selection covers the period from kick-off until 9.59. The "11-20 minutes" selection covers from 10.00 until 19.59. This principle applies to each instance of this type of market.
Markets relating to the number of events that occur, such as the corners in a match, will be decided on the number taken, and not on the number awarded.
At the scheduled start of the match, all unmatched bets, except for those selected to go In-Play, will be canceled and the market will be turned In-Play. Once In-Play, markets will not be suspended, or unmatched bets will not be canceled, at any time during the game. Markets will be suspended 120 minutes after the scheduled start time.
In the event of uncertainty regarding the result of any market, the determination of the relevant football authority, as notified to Betswap by the Press Association, will be used to determine the outcome.
At the start of the match, all unmatched bets, except for those selected to go In-Play, will be canceled and the market will be turned In-Play. The market will be suspended if a "significant event" occurs (for example, a goal has been scored, a penalty awarded or a player being sent off, as determined by Betswap in its sole discretion). If a goal is scored or a player is sent off, all unmatched bets, except for those selected as "Keep In-Play", will be canceled and the market reopened. We endeavor to turn markets In-Play at the start of the game, match event (as applicable) but cannot guarantee that markets will be suspended or turned In-Play at the time stated within the Market Rules. If a market set to be turned In-Play does not do so at the stated time but is later turned In-Play within the duration of the game, match or event (as applicable) all bets matched prior to the "significant event" will stand. If a "significant event" has occurred without the game being turned In-Play, bets matched between the "significant event" in question and the market turned In-Play will be void. If a market set to be turned In-Play at the event start time fails to do so or is not suspended at any stage for the duration of the game, match event as applicable all bets matched after the official event start time will be void.
Snooker
Should a player fail to compete in an individual match or an event, all bets involving that player will be void. In the event of a match starting but not being completed, the player progressing to the next round will be deemed the winner.
In the case of a match that is not completed, all bets on 'Handicap', 'Correct Score' or similar markets will be void.
SPORTS_BETTING_RULES.table-TENNIS
In the event of any of the named players in a match changing before the match starts then all bets are void.
In the event of a match starting but not being completed, bets on the Winner and Set Winner market will be settled with the player proceeding to the next round deemed the winner. For all other markets, all bets will be void, unless the specific market outcome is already determined. For these, we will only settle markets that have been actually determined as opposed to those logically determined. For instance, if the match ends in a retirement with the score at 9-7 in the 1st Set, we will not settle the Over 16.5 1st Set Games markets as only 16 games have been played.
Tennis
If there is a change to the scheduled venue then all bets will stand and this includes any changes to the type of surface played on
Should a player or pairing fail to compete in an individual match or an event, all bets involving that player or pairing will be void. In the event of a match starting but not being completed, all unsettled markets will be void.
All bets relating to the number of occurrences of certain events within a tournament will be void if the tournament is reduced in length, postponed or canceled, except for those on markets which have been unconditionally determined.
If the required number of games/sets to win a match changes in any way then all bets will be void, except for those on markets which have been unconditionally determined. This does not apply to 'Match Odds' or 'Set Winner' markets on Davis Cup matches or 'dead rubber' matches that have been shortened from five to three sets after the market has been opened by Betswap.gg, provided that the match has been shortened in accordance with the competition's rules.
Should a player retire or be disqualified during a game or set within a match, all markets on the event will be void except for those unconditionally determined. For these, we will only settle markets that have been actually determined as opposed to those logically determined. For instance, if the match ends in a retirement with the score at 4-4 in the 1st Set, we will not settle the Over 9.5 1st Set Games markets as only eight games have been played.
